When I say I want to capture each chapter of your love story, this is what I mean. I have many clients that I met for couples photos, which turned into a nervous plan to pop the question, and then onto a beautiful wedding and anniversary photos in the years to follow. I love watching your love grow and I love getting to know my couples. A lot of couples wait until they “have an occasion” to take photos, like a baby announcement or maternity photos, but I highly encourage you to take the photos in-between, to capture the love when it’s just the two of you, because it won’t always be this way. Did you know a Bridal or Engagement Session is included with my full day wedding package?! A bridal session is a great trial run for hair and makeup for your big day! A lot of brides love to have them on display at the wedding, so I typically recommend doing them 1-2 months before the wedding. You put soo much time picking out the perfect dress, finding all the accessories and making it perfect and personalized for you, why not wear it more than just on your wedding day? As a mom I regret not taking newborn photos when my son was born. I wasn’t a photographer and we just couldn’t afford it, but I wish I would of just charged it to a credit card or figured out a way to make it work. You can’t go back, that time is so fleeting and precious and before you know it, they’re grown. When friends started asking me to take their photos I only agreed so that I could save them from the regret I had of not taking the photos. It’s an investment at any package, but I do strive to work with my clients and keep my prices as affordable as possible, while providing the best quality sessions I can. My hope is that you never have the regret I do and that you choose to take the photos.

Your tiny newborn is growing so fast—now they're a busy little baby, crawling, sitting up, smiling, and exploring! Let’s pause to celebrate this joyful stage before their first birthday. We can capture a few sweet family photos with mom and dad, then spend time getting playful, cozy shots that show off their unique personality. If they have a favorite snuggle buddy—stuffy, lovey, blanket, or cuddly toy—bring it along so we can include it in the session.

A first birthday is such a sweet milestone—tiny personalities shining, wobbly steps, and those adorable little smiles. These sessions are all about celebrating your baby’s very first year with joyful, timeless images that capture their curiosity, laughter, and a bit of cake-covered magic, hopefully some icing covered little toes, lets make a mess! From clean, classic portraits to playful moments full of smiles and mess, it’s the perfect way to freeze this once-in-a-lifetime season.

Family photography isn’t meant to be sit still, smile just right, and look only at the camera. (my two kids are the worst at looking at the camera!). Family sessions are meant to capture your family as they are. We can be silly, we can play, we can run around we can capture the love and the laughs. It’s not meant to be a stressful event and I strive to make it as enjoyable as possible, even for dad!

When grandma says she wants a photo of everyone, she means she wants an Extended Family session. EVERYONE in the family for a group photo. But I take it one step further and each family unit gets their own photos, nana gets photos with her grand-babies, and all her adult children also get together for photos like they did when they were kids (cheesy re-creations highly encouraged!). This is one of my most gifted sessions and something that the grandparents truly cherish!

Senior photos, graduation photos, whatever you want to call them, this is the moment that came way to fast and before you know it, it’ll be passed. This is the time to stop and capture the moment they go from your little kiddo, to out into the world as an adult. This is the time to celebrate all their accomplishments and everything they’re looking forward to in the next chapter.

Do I take my camera to the beach with us when I go? Of course, even on vacation, I’m still inspired and I would probably have withdrawals if I didn’t get a few sessions in. While I’m not in Port Aransas full time in the summer (yet…) we do go down frequently from spring through the fall, so reach out if you are headed down and maybe we can meet up for a sunrise or sunset session on the beach!

Fresh 48's or hospital photos are meant to capture those first days after baby is born, when they are fresh in the hospital. This is more of a lifestyle session than a posed one, we'll save those cute bum up pose photos for your newborn session. For fresh 48's I like to focus on the little baby fingers and toes, little swaddled babies in their cradle and cuddling with mom and dad in the hospital bed. Those first few bonding moments before you head home and start life.

They say the days go by slow but the years go by fast, lets not let those years pass us by without celebrating. Lets take birthday photos EVERY year, because we can and because we don't want to miss the moment we are in now. Birthday sessions can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes long. For the kids 1 hour sessions, I usually get a few updated family photos with mom and dad and siblings, then we focus on the birthday kiddo and what they are interested in that year in a custom themed shoot. For the short and sweet 30 minute session we put all the focus on the birthday babe! No theme in mind?? Lets just go to the park and let them play and be a kid. I have kids, I can run on the playground with them and capture them in their natual habitat.

Pet Lifestyle sessions are 30 minutes to 1 hour long and we can do them here at my ranch in Blue, Texas (located half way between Elgin and Lexington), or we can do them in your home where they are comfortable and where you have made your memories.
