They say the days go by slow but the years go by fast, lets not let those years pass us by without celebrating. Lets take birthday photos EVERY year, because we can and because we don't want to miss the moment we are in now. Birthday sessions can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes long. For the kids 1 hour sessions, I usually get a few updated family photos with mom and dad and siblings, then we focus on the birthday kiddo and what they are interested in that year in a custom themed shoot. For the short and sweet 30 minute session we put all the focus on the birthday babe! No theme in mind?? Lets just go to the park and let them play and be a kid. I have kids, I can run on the playground with them and capture them in their natual habitat.
